  • What is Buddee?

    Buddee makes dissolvable oral strips for the whole family. Each thin
    strip melts in your mouth in seconds and delivers a daily supplement, without pills,
    gummies, powders or water. We're launching with 5 strips: Sleep and Gut Health for
    adults, and Immunity, Multivitamin and Probiotic for kids ages 4+.

  • How do Buddee strips work?

    Each strip is a thin, soft film made with a plant-based base
    (pullulan). Place it on your tongue and it naturally sticks to the roof of your mouth, then
    dissolves in seconds. There's nothing to swallow or chew, and no water needed.

  • Which Buddee is right for my family?

    For adults: Buddee Sleep supports a restful night's 
    sleep*, and Buddee Gut Health supports healthy digestion and gut balance*. 


    For kids 4+: 
    Buddee Immunity supports healthy immune function*, Buddee Multivitamin helps fill
    everyday nutrition gaps with 16+ nutrients*, and Buddee Probiotic supports happy,

  • How do I take a strip?

    Peel open the packaging. Place one strip on your tongue and let it
    naturally stick to the roof of your mouth. Let it dissolve in seconds. That's it.

  • Do I need water?

    No. Buddee strips are made to dissolve in your mouth on their own, so
    you can take them anywhere: at home, at school, at work or on the go.

  • What do they taste like?

    Each Buddee has its own natural flavor: berry (Sleep), mixed
    berry (Gut Health), orange (Immunity), tropical berry (Multivitamin) and sweet cherry
    (Probiotic). All are sweetened with monk fruit, with no sugar.

  • Are Buddee strips vegan, sugar free and non-GMO?

    Yes. Every Buddee strip is vegan,
    sugar free and made without genetically modified ingredients.

  • Where are Buddee strips made?

    Buddee strips are manufactured at a cGMP (Current
    Good Manufacturing Practice) certified facility for Buddee Wellness.

  • Can kids take the adult strips?

    No. Buddee Sleep and Buddee Gut Health are for adults
    18+ only. Our kids' strips (Immunity, Multivitamin and Probiotic) are made for ages 4+ and
    should be given with adult supervision.

  • Can I take more than one Buddee a day?

    Take no more than one strip of each Buddee per
    day, unless your healthcare provider says otherwise. If you'd like to combine Buddee
    products, or take them with other supplements or medication, check with your (or your
    child's) healthcare provider first.

  • How should I store Buddee?

    Keep your tin in a cool, dry place after opening, away from
    heat and humidity. Each strip is sealed in its own pack; don't use a strip if the pack seal is
    torn or broken. Keep out of reach of children.

  • Who is behind Buddee?

    Buddee was built by moms, Rena and Sami. After searching for
    cleaner, simpler vitamins for their own families, they created Buddee to make daily
    wellness easy, clean and something everyone actually enjoys taking.
