Once your order is placed, our team will get to work preparing your Buddee for its journey. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, and order volume.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your Buddee along the way. Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and unexpected carrier delays may occasionally occur.

Because Buddee products are consumable wellness supplements, we are unable to accept physical returns or exchanges once an order has left our warehouse. However, we want you to feel confident trying something new!

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription order. If Buddee isn’t the right fit, contact us at support@buddeewellness.com within 30 days of delivery and our team will help you with the refund process.

This guarantee applies only to your first qualifying subscription order. One-time purchases and subsequent subscription orders are not eligible unless otherwise required by law.

If your Buddee arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at support@buddeewellness.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos when applicable. We’ll review the situation and work to make things right.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

A $7 restocking or processing fee may apply to eligible refunds where permitted by law and disclosed at the time of purchase. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
